Armac Tactical, LLC (“Armac Tactical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) ships every order as quickly and safely as possible while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations.
1. Order Processing
- Accessories and optics: Ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
- Ammunition: Ships within 3–5 business days once federally required age verification is complete.
- Firearms: Ship within 3–5 business days after we receive your selected dealer’s valid FFL license.
Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Time, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via trackable ground services (UPS® Ground or FedEx Ground).
An adult signature (21+) is required for all firearm and ammunition deliveries.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order departs our facility.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
3. Shipping Requirements & Restrictions
- Firearms can only ship to a licensed FFL dealer.
- Ammunition shipments comply with all federal and state age laws.
- Armac Tactical ships only where permitted by law.
- You are responsible for any permits, fees, or paperwork required by your jurisdiction.
4. No Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please verify all details — including caliber, quantity, and FFL information — before completing checkout.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipments
Inspect all packages upon delivery.

We’ll assist you in filing a carrier claim and finding a solution.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders promptly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible after shipment begins.
